Bid Management and Business Cases Part of our success is our ability to distil customer’s requirements quickly and effectively and then translate these into compelling business cases for change and improvement. We then follow up with the preparation of quick, accurate and persuasive proposals – clearly demonstrating a complete understanding of the customers’ needs and how to fulfil them in an appropriate, timely and cost effective manner. Our ability to win new business depends upon our bid writing ability and we are able to offer the same high quality bid writing service as part of our resourcing services. This could be on an ad-hoc basis, or a partnership basis – where we become your preferred bid writer.
Programme and Project Management The programme and project management skills we use in our large client programmes and projects are available to help you with your own programmes and projects. We can provide whatever level of support you need including: interim management; mentoring your own staff; helping to set up a project structure and appropriate procedures; providing a programme and/or project manager(s) for the duration of your programme/project(s); training; documentation and process development; etc.
Skills Training We have experienced and qualified trainers in our team, able to provide ready-made or custom designed training courses for your staff, in your premises. We can help you decide on appropriate training requirements by using competency frameworks to identify skill requirements for your needs, assessment of individual training needs for your staff and the design and delivery of appropriate training courses. We can offer training in business, technical and personnel related areas, i.e. both soft and hard skill training. Team building, leadership and motivational training are also available and we can provide one-to-one support and personal development training for senior directors and managers on a customised basis.
Improved Effectiveness of IT solutions We can help you to get the best out of your IT systems by recommending and/or developing new and improved ways of working for you. We are not IT system vendors, so we do not have any fixed ideas on what hardware and software you should be using. However, using our systems approach to optimising organisational performance, we are able to improve significantly the performance and benefits achievable from what you already have in place and help you to identify and justify any replacements, upgrades or improvements. We are used to adopting and adapting to various different clients IT systems and infrastructures in our major projects and we can easily do the same for you on smaller or shorter term support work packages. |
