  • Government Delivery - helping to improve and deliver the end to end process of Government Delivery - developing strategy, establishing policy, setting up and delivering change programmes, governance, stakeholder and communication management, and operational management - leading to a structured, well-managed and well-received programme of change.

  • Business Development - helping to transform business development performance through building organisational capability. Appraising capability, planning for change, implementing change, adopting new techniques - all leading to a significant improvement in sales outcomes. 

  • The IT Operation and Development Process - adopting a more capable and organised way of delivering IT operations, based on ITIL principles, overlaid with new and productive ways of developing software based on lean and agile techniques. Leading to a value added, performing, aligned, and respected IT organisation.

  • Strategy - we help organisations develop clear, logical and practical strategic plans. We apply organisational learning and systems theory to the strategy development process, ensuring that the strategic plan is well thought-through, that the organisation is aware of the strategic plan, has contributed to it, has bought-in to it, and that the plan can be realistically implemented.

  • Programme and Project Management - we can't do any of the services set out above without the ability to manage programmes and projects. We apply a right-sizing approach to the way we manage, meaning that we vary our approach depending on the nature of the programme and project - using factors such as size, duration, 'fuzzy-ness', risk, and importance to decide on the appropriate mix. What we've found is a raft of less-bureaucratic techniques that work in many circumstances that get the project manager off the treadmill and deliver projects faster and with results better tailored to the customer's needs. We can both deliver programmes and projects and help our clients establish and deliver new approaches to programme and project management as an advisor.

  • Resourcing - our clients ask us to provide specifically-skilled individuals to help advise on or deliver specific areas of work, such as project management, advisors to project boards, quality assurance, etc.
